At A Distance, It Looks An Ordinary Rotten Tree Trunk. But Look Closer and be Amazed!

This is a trunk from a nearly 12-feet long tree. At a distance it looks like an ordinary rotten trunk but looking closer will blow your mind away.



This is the masterpiece of Zheng Chunhui, a Chinese artist.





It took him four years to do this magnificent carving patterned after the famous traditional Chinese painting called ”Along the River during the Qingming Festival”.

This work of art displays bridges, boats, buildings and more than 500 people individually carved.




Amazing! Isn't it?

Well, the artist was honored by Guinness Book of World Records for the longest wood carving measuring 12.29 meters long, 3.1 meters in height and 2.4 meters in width.

On May 1, 2015, we went to Jeff's Ridge Resort in Maligo, Polomolok, South Cotabato. (lmao; maligo in english means to swim). Obviously, we want to swim on its pool and wet ourselves. It was first time there for most of us.
